process within a manufacturing plant, strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a
commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
● Managing the Production Process: Overseeing the entire production process, from raw
materials to finished products. This involves creating and implementing production plans,
scheduling production runs, and ensuring that production targets are met.
● Ensuring Quality Control: Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of GMP,
HACCP, FSSAI, Industrial Safety and Health, Pollution Control and Labour Laws
compliances. Ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards, quality
control and taking corrective action when necessary.
● Managing Inventory: To ensure that raw materials and finished goods are available when
needed and forecasting demand, ordering materials, and managing storage and logistics.
● Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that the plant operates in compliance with all
relevant safety procedures, safety audits and monitoring environmental regulations.
● Managing Staff: Managing and training plant staff, including production supervisors,
machine operators, and maintenance personnel and involves setting performance targets,
conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing feedback and support.
● Collaborating with Other Departments: Collaborating with other departments, including
sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that production goals are aligned with the
company’s overall objectives. Continuous Improvement, analyzing production data, implementing process
improvements, and driving cost savings. Identifying opportunities for continuous
improvement within the production process.
● Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans for the plant in
alignment with the overall business strategy of the organization.
