Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
Planning, sourcing, recruiting, and selecting candidates to fill open positions within the
organization. This includes conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding
new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions,
and ensuring a positive work environment.
3. Compensation and Benefits:
Developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract
and retain talent. This includes salary planning, bonus programs, health benefits,
retirement plans, etc.
4. Training and Development:
Constant training for employees in production, distribution, and sales is necessary due to
the fast-paced nature of the sector.
Focus on leadership development and upskilling employees to adapt to technological
advancements like automation and AI in supply chain management.
5. Regulatory Compliance and Training:
Ensuring employees are well-versed in the regulations and quality standards specific to
the herbal industry, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and compliance with
health and safety standards.
Conduct training on organic certification, sourcing ethical ingredients, and the sustainable
practices expected in this industry.
6. Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems to ensure employees meet production targets,
especially during high-demand seasons.
Incentive programs for sales teams and production workers to boost productivity and
morale
